I met my Asian Grandpa for the first time! He travels from Hong Kong every summer to see mommy & my Uncle Jason. It took me a few hours to warm up to him, but after that, we were best buds!
Mommy warned me that he would adore my chunky rolls (she said that he’s always loved fat babies), and sure enough, he took a picture of my thighs and sent it to all my aunts & uncles in Hong Kong. And they all oooh’d and aaah’d over email.
Earlier this week, we took a little mini “staycation” about 25 minutes away from where we live. We drove up to Frisco and stayed at a very nice hotel for a couple of nights. Daddy has been working extra hard lately, so we wanted some time to get away and hang out together. We even got to bring Tele with us!

I am ten months old today! Ay caramba!!!!!
I am starting to stand up on my own now. Several seconds, here and there.
My vocabulary has expanded from bleh bleh to bubba, mama and dada. We’re working on Annie and Tele.
I am starting to feed myself food now. First was restaurant bread. Now, it’s teething biscuits and brisket.
I have about eight teeth! Definitely four on the bottom, more or less four on top (daddy says it’s hard for him to see).
